With this option, you’ll receive double-digit interest rates on cash investments. The minimum investment is $50,000 (going up to $500k). This option is an easy way to make a fixed monthly income on your investment, while remaining entirely passive.

Done for You

TURN-KEY for a FLAT-FEE. We help you acquire, renovate, design, furnish, and market your short-term rental. Once the renovations are finished, the property will be turned over to you, and is now ready for your guests. The minimum investment is $100,000, of which a high amount of that initial investment comes back to you once you complete the BRRRBNB process through re-finance. 

Partner with Us

For a minimum investment of $250,000, we will acquire and rehab a luxury million-dollar vacation property used for short-term renting. This option will offer tax depreciation benefits, mortgage interest write-offs, and appreciation.

*You will receive your full investment back before we take any proceeds on the property. Once your investment is returned (estimated to be around 6 to 12 months after the BRRRR refi is complete), you will make 25% of all cash flow and will retain 25% of the equity of the property.
